Staying here with my family and our two dogs was a pleasant experience. We were excited to explore the nearby Lake of the Ozarks, especially since the fishing season runs 'til late December. The large queen room provided ample space for us to unwind.

My wife says that more towel options would be nice.

It was just a decent option for a weekend break in Eldon with great value for the money. The room had a functional microwave that made it easy to heat up leftovers after exploring the area. Look out for the bright parking lot lights. they can keep you awake at night.

The room is cramped, which makes accessing the clothes rack and using the fridge a bit of a challenge. A glaring light in the parking lot keeps things too bright at night, messing with sleep quality. Also, the bed felt like sleeping on a slab of rock, and the pillows left much to be desired, making for an uncomfortable night. You might also find yourself needing more towels, as our room came with just two washcloths and two towels, which felt a bit stingy.

We loved our stay at Eldon Inn! The spacious queen room was perfect for our family, with a nice seating area where the kids could relax. The 32" flat-screen TV offered great channel selections, which everyone enjoyed watching after a long day of exploring. Plus, having a microwave in the room was super convenient for late-night snacks.

However, the shower was a bit of a letdown since the water wouldn’t warm up properly. And the overall space felt pretty cramped at times. Still, it was super quiet outside at night, perfect for relaxing.

The check-in decorum was a bit rough—like the older gent was tossing papers at me. The walls needed a good scrub, and using a Walmart bag as a trash can? C'mon! Then there’s this dude knocking at odd hours. talk about a buzzkill!
